"Identifying and exploiting optimization potentials in window construction" was the topic which attracted 100 interested participants at the first stop of the Klaes Roadshow. Jochen Bliestle - as a proven expert in the field of window construction - inspired everyone with his extensive know-how.

On the basis of examples from his consulting practice, he presented very well the areas in which clear time- and cost advantages can be achieved without large investments. Often only small organizational changes lead to a much better workflow.
