Digitization is the current slogan in the company organisation. Klaes will be coming to the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2018 with an extremely wide range of solutions to enable their customers a complete digitization.
Innovative solutions ensure that many other components can be displayed in addition to windows – as well as the entire workflow and on all platforms: local, mobile, web and cloud.
Components
The variety of products in the industry is constantly growing. Therefore, Klaes is consistently working on expanding the technical possibilities. The Klaes DoorDesigner for house- and interior doors has its fair premiere. The doors – and also window sashes – can be provided with constructive elements in recording in a highly flexible way. And as usual with Klaes – of course, integrated into the Klaes ERP solutions.
Klaes 3D is increasingly becoming a universal tool for “non-window-components“. Originally designed “only“ for facades and conservatories in all material types, you can now efficiently process freestanding pergola-systems, terrace roofs, canopies, dormer windows, all-glass sliding systems, railings and fence systems at the customer.
But also the classic Klaes window solutions – premium, professional, vario und trade – are constantly learning: by connecting additional online configurators in the area of roller shutters and door panels. This close cooperation with the supply industry is a strategically important component for digitization, because only in this way you can reasonably integrate the complex supply components in the long term.
Workflow
The core of the workflow-organisation at Klaes is the multifunctional directory tree with all documents. Also the im- and export-documents from the connection of dealers per local, cloud- or web-solution. All progress messages from planning, scheduling and production are collected here and can be used to start the next step.
This powerful tool can be supplemented with the latest expansion stage of the Info Manager, which optimally automates the processes and division of labour “in the office“. The new Klaes DMS integration enables the easy and quick access to GoBD-compliant archived documents and emails, because they are automatically pre-filtered according to customer- and project requirements.
Klaes is realizing further digitization requests with a new, highly flexible CRM-system, which in addition to the classic tasks, also enables the linking with business units which use other industry- or ERP-solutions. The innovative CRM Web-Client ensures the optimum connection of the field service.
The intranet-system provides information, communication, organisation and documentation between the workplaces and “the office“ in production, dispatch and logistics. Completely new is here, for example, the 3D-visualisation of components so that employees can better present their work tasks. Here, too, the automated data exchange with supplier systems has already been implemented successfully.
Platforms
Klaes web is another central switch point when it comes to digitization and industry 4.0. The Klaes webshop (for end customers) and webtrade (for dealers) provide an even easier integration of the Point of Sale. Of course, the recorded projects can be imported into the local Klaes solutions and be processed immediately – including production.
Klaes webtracking provides both customer groups with information about the processing of ist orders, and Klaes web business allows its own employees to access customer- and project information from the local Klaes-solution – of course, also mobile per Smartphone. At any time, from any place in the world.
In addition, Klaes also offers complex online services. This includes data backup with the fastest re-availability on the market. “Whole“ cloud servers with the great advantage that no hardware configuration is rented here, but on-demand performance which increases with growing demands. In addition, classic solutions, such as Klaes trade, which are used in the Klaes Cloud and thus can also be easily provided for the users.
Also important are the new Managed Services, which continuously ensure that all IT-systems run with maximum security. Of course, Klaes also supplies classic, local IT-systems – in addition to conventional servers, two highly innovative hyperconverged (highly performant and fail-safe) server systems will be presented at the Fensterbau.
In order to perfectly present this variety, Klaes has a new stand concept in Nuremberg – with a total of 50 presentation spaces and a multi-functional communication area.
